Introduction of credit card transaction fees

In an effort to keep fees down, the committee of management are continually seeking to minimise Brenbeal’s operating costs. We recently conducted a review of our banking charges and have identified merchant fees as a significant cost to Brenbeal. Merchant fees are incurred by Brenbeal when parents pay for childcare using credit card. From July 1st, all credit card payments will incur a 2% credit card fee; by introducing this fee we can continue to offer credit card payments as an option for parents whilst also ensuring that Brenbeal is not out of pocket.
