Assessment and Rating Process

We are currently preparing to undergo an assessment and rating visit.

This is part of the National Quality Framework which promotes high quality education and care services.

We will be assessed against the National Quality Standard and the National Law and Regulations.

We are expecting our visit to take place between 30^th March – 27^th April 2017.

We will be given 5 days’ notice of the date of the visit.

Following this visit, we will receive a draft assessment and rating report, including a rating against each of the 7 quality areas and an overall rating. This should occur 3-5 weeks after our scheduled visit.

The service is then able to provide feedback on the draft report with a final report provided to us.

A copy of our current Quality Improvement Plan is located in the foyer and you are always welcome to provide feedback and suggestions.
