Long Day Care

Brenbeal Children's Centre provides a Long Day Care program for children from 6 months old through to Kindergarten (Sessional and Integrated Kindergarten).

Children are placed in rooms according to their age and developmental needs. Children may transition up a room during the year if a space becomes available and if the child is ready. This happens in consultation with staff, families, and children.

Our highly experienced and dedicated team of educators and carers provide children and families with a safe, happy, and nurturing environment. We provide a wide range of learning experiences to enhance children's development.

OUR ROOMS

Each room at Brenbeal is named in Wurundjeri language – a small but meaningful reflection of the centre’s connection to place, culture and community.

National Quality Framework minimums: 1 educator per 4 children under 3 years; 1 educator per 11 children over 3 years. Brenbeal exceeds these minimums to ensure children are well-supported throughout their days with us.

Life at Brenbeal

Cooking is one of our favourites. We even made a cookbook — Brenbeal Kids in the Kitchen — which shows the kind of hands-on, joyful learning that runs through everything we do.
